As a Backend Software program Engineer, you’ll:
- Be concerned in constructing a hiring administration software, which incorporates AI powered options(LLM, Picture Detection, Audio Detection)
- Be chargeable for designing and constructing options from scratch.
- Talk with the crew asynchronously and make technical choices independently.
Should Have:
- 5+ years expertise in net growth
- Expertise in working for small groups or startups. Ship options by speaking with stakeholders.
- Expertise in main a crew as a tech lead/undertaking proprietor
- Confirmed expertise in product growth
- Proficiency in English
Good to have:
- Expertise in growing ML/AI merchandise
- Understands a fundamental idea of AI Chatbot(RAG/CoT/ReAct)
- Expertise within the HR business(e.g. Developed Utility Monitoring System)
We use TypeScript for each Frontend and Backend. The backend is constructed on serverless structure.

- Now we have three months of the probationary interval.
