Hueman Individuals Options acquired fellow RPO supplier PrincetonOne in a deal that closed June 6.
The deal expands Hueman’s service choices and trade experience, in keeping with the corporate. PrincetonOne has a powerful presence within the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
“By means of the PrincetonOne acquisition, we are able to now present much more service choices targeted on complete expertise acquisition,” Joe Marino, chief progress officer at Hueman, stated in a press launch.
Hueman is predicated in Jacksonville, Florida. It supplies RPO, direct rent, employer branding and different companies. PrincetonOne is predicated in Hillsborough, New Jersey. It was based in 2002 and purchased by Job.com in 2022.

Phrases of the transaction weren’t introduced.
